10.1-603.12:6 - Right to hearing

§ 10.1-603.12:6. Right to hearing.

Any permit applicant or permittee under this article aggrieved by any actionof the permit issuing authority or Board taken without a formal hearing, orby inaction of the permit issuing authority or Board, may demand in writing aformal hearing by the Board or locality causing such permit applicant's orpermittee's grievance, provided a petition requesting such hearing is filedwith the Board or the locality within 30 days after notice of such action.
