§ 10.1-618. Ballots used in such referendum.

The question shall be submitted by ballots, which shall contain the followingquestion: "Shall a watershed improvement district be created of the landsdescribed below and lying in the county(ies) or city(ies) of . . . . . . . .. . . . . . and . . . . . . . . . . . . .?

[] No"

The ballot shall set forth the boundaries of the proposed district determinedby the Board.

The ballot shall also set forth the method or methods of real estateassessment as determined by the district directors.
