§ 10.1-624. Officers, agents and employees; surety bonds; annual audit.

The trustees may, with the approval of the directors of the soil and waterconservation district or districts, employ such officers, agents, and otheremployees as they require, and shall determine their qualifications, dutiesand compensation. The district directors shall provide for the execution ofsurety bonds for the treasurer and such other trustees, officers, agents, andemployees as shall be entrusted with funds or property of the watershedimprovement district, and shall publish an annual audit of the accounts ofreceipts and disbursements of the watershed improvement district.
