§ 10.1-629. Order authorizing governing body to incur indebtedness or issuebonds.

If the owners of at least two-thirds of the land area in the district vote inthe election, and if at least two-thirds of the voters in the election votein favor of incurring the indebtedness or issuing bonds, the circuit court orcourts shall enter an order authorizing the governing body of the watershedimprovement district to incur indebtedness or issue bonds for one or more ofthe purposes for which the district was created.
