§ 10.1-657. Account established.
An account designated as the Stream Restoration Account shall be establishedto provide grants to landowners who make requests under the StreamRestoration Assistance Programs. The Board may seek money from federal andprivate sources to establish and maintain the Stream Restoration Fund.
