§ 12.1-4. Annual report of the Commission.

Each year, the Commission shall make an annual report to the Governor as ofDecember 31 of the preceding year. Copies of this report may be sold by theClerk of the Commission at a price sufficient to cover costs of printing andbinding. The Commission may from time to time include in such annual reportsrecommendations for new or additional legislation pertaining to matterswithin its jurisdiction.
