§ 12.1-9. Eligibility and qualifications of members.

No person shall be eligible to serve as a member of the Commission unless atthe time of his election or appointment he is a qualified voter under theConstitution and laws of this Commonwealth. At least one member of theCommission shall have the qualifications prescribed for judges of courts ofrecord.
