§ 12.1-18. Subordinates and employees to be appointed to serve at pleasure ofCommission.

The Commission shall appoint a clerk and his deputies and assistants, abailiff, all necessary heads and assistant heads of divisions and bureaus,all necessary regular and special counsel notwithstanding the provisions ofChapter 5 (§ 2.2-500 et seq.) of Title 2.2, and such other subordinates andemployees as may be necessary to the proper discharge of its duties, all ofwhom shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission.
