§ 12.1-25. Rules of practice and procedure.

The Commission shall prescribe its own rules of practice and procedure notinconsistent with those made by the General Assembly. Such rules shall beprinted and entered upon the records of the Commission. Copies of such rulesshall be furnished to county and city clerks and to any citizen of thisCommonwealth who makes application therefor.
