§ 13.1-851. Change in quorum or voting requirements.

A. The articles of incorporation may provide for a lesser or greater quorumrequirement for members or voting groups of members than required by thischapter.

B. An amendment to the articles of incorporation that adds, changes, ordeletes a quorum or voting requirement shall meet the quorum requirement andbe adopted by the vote and voting groups required to take action under thequorum and voting requirements then in effect.
