§ 13.1-1245. Amendments; amended applications for registration.

A. Whenever the articles of trust or other constituent document of a foreignbusiness trust that is registered to transact business in the Commonwealth isamended or corrected, the foreign business trust shall promptly file with theCommission a copy of the amendment or correction duly authenticated by theSecretary of State or other official having custody of the business trustrecords in the state or other jurisdiction of its formation.

B. If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign businesstrust was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described havechanged, making the application inaccurate in any respect, the foreignbusiness trust shall promptly file with the Commission an amended applicationfor registration amending such statement or information. The amendedapplication for registration shall be made on a form prescribed and furnishedby the Commission.
