§ 13.1-1257. Authorization for merger.

Unless the governing instrument provides otherwise, a domestic business trustmay merge with or into one or more business trusts or other business entitiesformed or organized or existing under the laws of Virginia or any other stateor the United States or any foreign country or other foreign jurisdiction.
