§ 13.1-335. Saving clause.

This Act shall not impair or affect any act done, offense committed or rightaccruing, accrued or acquired, or liability, penalty, forfeiture orpunishment incurred prior to the time this Act takes effect, but the same maybe enjoyed, asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted as fully and to thesame extent as if this Act had not been passed. This Act shall not impair oraffect any contract entered into by any association prior to the time thisAct takes effect.
