§ 13.1-343. Application of general corporation laws.

The provisions of the Virginia Stock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) andof the Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) shall, to theextent that they are not in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisionsof this Act, apply to associations subject to this Act, each of which shallestablish and maintain a registered office and a registered agent and filethe annual reports required by such Acts.
