§ 13.1-345. Verification no longer required; signing instrument containingmisstatement as perjury.

A requirement in this chapter that an instrument be verified by oath need notbe complied with after July 1, 1958. A person who signs any instrumentdelivered to the Commission as required by this chapter knowing it to containa misstatement of fact shall be guilty of perjury.
