§ 13.1-546.1. Professional law corporations may qualify as executor,administrator or in other fiduciary capacity.
A professional corporation engaged in the practice of law, as a part of thepractice of law, may act as an executor, trustee or administrator of anestate, or guardian for an infant, or in any other fiduciary capacity. Anyofficer, employee or agent of a professional corporation engaged in thepractice of law who is duly licensed as an attorney in the Commonwealth mayperform necessary fiduciary responsibilities on behalf of the corporation.
