§ 13.1-549.2. Registration certificate required for corporation engaged inpractice of law.

Before any professional corporation may engage in the practice of law in thisCommonwealth, it shall first obtain and maintain a registration certificaterequired for such corporation by Chapter 39 of Title 54.1. Any suchprofessional corporation which has been issued a certificate of incorporationbefore June 1, 1973, shall be issued a registration certificate upon thepayment of the required fee and upon compliance with § 54.1-3902 on or beforeJanuary 1, 1974.
