§ 13.1-556. Application of Chapter 9 or Chapter 10 of this title.

The provisions of Chapter 9 (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) or Chapter 10 (§ 13.1-801 etseq.), as the case may be, of this title shall be applicable to professionalcorporations organized under the provisions of this chapter. Where a conflictarises between the provisions found in Chapter 9, or Chapter 10, as the casemay be, and this chapter, this chapter shall control.
