§ 15.2-1110. Swimming pools, lakes and other waters.

A municipal corporation may regulate and inspect the operation, maintenance,and use of public swimming pools, lakes and other natural or artificialwaters and private pools and lakes operated by clubs and associations; andwithout liability to the owner thereof, may prevent the use thereof when suchwaters are found to be polluted, adulterated, impure or dangerous orcontribute or are likely to contribute to the contraction or spread ofinfectious, contagious or dangerous diseases.
