§ 15.2-1117. Light, ventilation, sanitation and use and occupancy ofbuildings.

A municipal corporation may regulate the light, ventilation, sanitation anduse and occupancy of buildings heretofore or hereafter constructed, altered,remodeled or improved, and the sanitation of premises surrounding thebuilding.
