§ 15.2-1203. Governing body may require treasurer to pay claims.

The governing body of any county may require the treasurer of the county topay all claims or other obligations for which the governing body hasappropriated funds. The treasurer of the county shall, before paying anyfunds as authorized by this section, first comply with § 58.1-3132.
