§ 15.2-1426. Form of ordinances.

The object of every ordinance, except an ordinance approving a budget, anannual appropriation ordinance or an ordinance which codifies ordinances,shall be clearly expressed in its title. All ordinances which repeal or amendexisting ordinances shall identify by title the section to be repealed oramended.
