§ 15.2-1531. When certain city and county treasurers not required to giveadditional bond.

Whenever the treasurer for any city or county is appointed finance officerunder any regulation of the State Board of Education relating to theoperation of jointly owned schools for cities and counties, and such dutiesdo not substantially increase the amount of the revenue to be receivedannually by him, then no additional bond shall be required of him.
