§ 15.2-1636.5. Membership; compensation.

The Compensation Board shall consist of the Auditor of Public Accounts, theState Tax Commissioner, as ex officio members, and one member, who may or maynot be an officer or employee of the Commonwealth, who shall be appointed anddesignated as chairman of the Board by the Governor and who shall hold officeat the pleasure of the Governor. The ex officio members of the Board shallnot receive any compensation for their services as such members. The memberdesignated by the Governor as chairman shall receive such compensation asshall be fixed by law.
