§ 15.2-1647. Removal of court.

As soon as the courthouse is completed, the board of supervisors shallcertify the fact to the judge of the circuit court for the county, who shall,after sixty days' notice, to be published in a newspaper in the county ifany, and if none, then in a newspaper having general circulation in thecounty, order his court to be held in the new location.
