§ 15.2-1750. Governmental units authorized to appropriate or lend funds.

The governmental units which are parties of the agreement creating theacademy or which arrange to have personnel trained at the academy areauthorized to appropriate or lend funds; pay fees or charges for services;convey by sale, lease or gift real or personal property, or any interesttherein; provide services to the academy; or enter into such other contractswith the academy as may be appropriate to carry out any other power grantedto those localities or the academy.
