§ 15.2-1751. Exemption from taxation.

Any academy created under the provisions of this article shall not berequired to pay taxes or assessments upon any project or upon any propertyacquired or used by it or upon the income therefrom and income derived frombonds shall be exempt at all times from every kind and nature of taxation bythis Commonwealth or by any of its political subdivisions, municipalcorporations, or public agencies of any kind.
