§ 15.2-1909. Such resolution to contain statement as to issuance of bonds.

If in order to pay the amount fixed by the body determining just compensationit will be necessary for the city or county to issue and sell its bonds, suchresolution filed shall so state, and shall further state that the council orother governing body proposes promptly to take the necessary and appropriateaction required by law to issue and sell such bonds whenever authorized by §15.2-1910.
