§ 15.2-2016. Regulation of services and rates charged by person usingstreets, etc.

Any city or town may regulate the services rendered to the public and ratescharged therefor by any person using the streets, highways, roads, alleys,bridges, viaducts, subways, underpasses or other public rights-of-way orplaces for the rendition of such services, which are not subject toregulation by the State Corporation Commission.
