§ 15.2-2108.15. Consumer complaints.

A municipality that provides cable television service shall enact anordinance establishing a procedure for the filing and resolution ofcomplaints relating to the municipality's provision of cable televisionservice. Such ordinance shall comply with Title 47 of the Code of FederalRegulations and shall be no more favorable or less burdensome to themunicipality than such procedure applicable to any private provider providingservice in the municipality.
