§ 15.2-2109.1. Prescriptive easements for provision of water and sewerservices.

In an action to establish a prescriptive easement involving the provision ofwater and sewer services, a political subdivision shall demonstrate that theuse has continued for a period of at least ten years. This section shall notaffect any other requirement which may be necessary to establish aprescriptive easement.
