§ 15.2-2288.4. Extension of expiration dates for special use permits.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any special use permit that wasvalid and outstanding as of January 1, 2009, is extended to July 1, 2011,regardless of whether such expiration or schedule exists by operation ofstatute, proffer, permit, local ordinance, or local custom. Nothing in thissection shall impair the ability of any person to apply for additionalextensions of time beyond the period specified in this section wherepermitted by other law.
