§ 15.2-2322. Adoption of impact fee and schedule.

After adoption of a road improvement program, the locality may adopt anordinance establishing a system of impact fees to fund or recapture all orany part of the cost of providing reasonable road improvements benefiting newdevelopment. The ordinance shall set forth the schedule of impact fees.
