§ 15.2-2408. Notice to landowner of amount of assessment.

When the assessment or apportionment is not fixed by agreement, noticethereof, and of the amount so assessed or apportioned, shall be given to eachof the abutting owners who shall be cited to appear before governing body,committee, officer or board having charge of the matter, not less than tendays thereafter, at the time and place designated, to show cause, if he can,against such assessment or apportionment.
