§ 15.2-2615. Bonds deemed negotiable instruments.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions of this chapter or anyrecitals in any bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter, all bondsshall be deemed to be negotiable instruments under the laws of theCommonwealth.
