§ 15.2-2620. Bonds made legal investments.

Bonds issued under this chapter are made securities in which public officersand bodies of the Commonwealth, counties, cities and towns and municipalsubdivisions of the Commonwealth, insurance companies and associations,savings banks, savings institutions, savings and loan associations, trustcompanies, beneficial and benevolent associations, administrators, guardians,executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in the Commonwealth may properlyand legally invest funds under their control.
