15.2-2641 - Subsequent resolutions.

§ 15.2-2641. Subsequent resolutions.

If the question of contracting a debt, borrowing money and issuing bonds forthe purpose or purposes set forth in the ordinance or resolution is approvedat the election called and held for such purpose, the governing body of thecounty, subsequent to the recording of the results of the election, may, byordinance or resolution, at one time or from time to time, authorize theissuance of bonds. A copy of each ordinance or resolution authorizing theissuance of bonds, certified by the clerk of the governing body of thecounty, shall be filed with the clerk of the circuit court for the county.
