§ 15.2-2646. Participation in funds donated by the Commonwealth.

The issuance of refunding bonds for the retirement of bonds which are now ormay hereafter be entitled to participate in funds donated by theCommonwealth, or funds receivable from any source other than local taxeslevied for such purposes, shall not be construed to deprive the bonds of theright to continue to participate in the distribution of those funds, and therefunding bonds after their issuance shall enjoy all rights as would havebeen enjoyed by the bonds refunded.
