§ 15.2-2649. District refunding bonds.

The governing body of any county, acting for and in behalf of any roaddistrict, magisterial district, sanitary district, or school district in thecounty, may provide for the issuance of refunding bonds of the district forthe purpose of refunding any bonds of the district. The issuance of therefunding bonds shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter insofaras they may be applicable.
