§ 15.2-2662. Validation of bonds.

All proceedings taken before July 1, 1991, for or with respect to theauthorization, issuance, sale, execution or delivery of bonds by or on behalfof any locality are validated, ratified, approved and confirmed, and anybonds so issued are valid, legal, binding and enforceable obligations of thelocality.
