§ 15.2-2663. Transition.

If any proceedings with respect to the authorization, issuance, sale,execution or delivery of bonds have been commenced before July 1, 1991, thebonds may, at the election of the governing body of the locality issuing thebonds, be issued under the provisions of this chapter or under the provisionsof law in effect immediately before July 1, 1991.
