§ 15.2-2814. Governor to adopt regulations.

The Governor shall adopt regulations concerning programs, budget andadministration to be used as guidelines for counties and cities desiring toestablish a pilot program in human services delivery. These regulationsshould provide for evaluating the effectiveness of such a pilot program.
