§ 15.2-2906. Disqualification of Commissioners.

No member of the Commission shall participate in the discussion,deliberation, drafting or approval of any report or finding required to bemade under this chapter when any of the parties to the proceeding to whichsuch report relates is a locality in which such member presently resides orowns an interest in real property, or in which such member has resided orowned any interest in real property within the preceding five years.
