15.2-305 - Changing from one form to another.
§ 15.2-305. Changing from one form to another.
A county may change from one optional form to another optional form, or toany other form of county government prescribed by Article VII of theConstitution, only by following the procedures set out in § 15.2-301, subjectto any limitations specified in Chapters 3 through 8 of this title.
