15.2-3001 - Priority of proceedings in special courts.

§ 15.2-3001. Priority of proceedings in special courts.

Any proceeding heard by a special court appointed pursuant to §§ 15.2-3000and 15.2-3002 shall have priority over all other cases, including criminalcases, on the docket of the court in which such proceeding is pending or onthe docket of each judge designated to hear the case.
