§ 15.2-3002. Designation of judges for panel.

The Supreme Court of Virginia shall designate fifteen circuit court judges tocompose the panel of judges provided for in this chapter. All special courtsappointed pursuant to § 15.2-3000 shall be composed of three judges appointedfrom this panel. The chief justice shall designate one of the judges as chiefjudge.
