§ 15.2-3537. Publication of consolidation agreement.

Each locality which is a party to a consolidation agreement shall cause acopy of the consolidation agreement, or a descriptive summary of theagreement and a reference to the place in the locality where a copy of theagreement may be examined, to be published in its locality at least once aweek for four successive weeks in a newspaper having a general circulation inthe locality.
