§ 15.2-4210. Commission to act only in conformity with regional strategicplan.

When the strategic plan becomes effective as the district plan, the planningdistrict commission shall not, except as provided in the plan, establish anypolicies or take any action which, in its opinion, is not in conformity withthe plan.
