§ 15.2-4211. Amendment of regional strategic plan.

The strategic plan may be amended in the same manner as provided for theoriginal approval and adoption of the plan. However, if the planning districtcommission determines that a proposed amendment has less than districtwidesignificance, such amendment may be submitted only to the governing bodies ofthose localities which the planning district commission determines to beaffected. The amended strategic plan shall be submitted within thirty days ofamendment to the Department of Housing and Community Development.
