§ 15.2-4213. Commission to be informed of applications for state or federalaid by local governing bodies.

In each planning district in which a planning district commission has beenorganized, the governing body of each locality shall make available to theplanning district commission a summary of applications to agencies of thestate or federal government for loans or grants-in-aid for local projects.Submission of the summary of applications is for informational purposes only,unless otherwise directed by state or federal regulations or laws.
